Almost there
Great app - a myriad of pattern design formats to choose from. The only issue I have is that the exported PNGs & images are low resolution, and look quite pixelated. Please fix this and I will give a 5 star rating.
TONS of patterns to customize!
This app has a huge selection of repeating patterns to start with, then they make it super easy to make your own forever-repeating pattern. As a graphic designer I appreciate the many ways to export the final product for use in my work elsewhere!
An astonishing app in many ways
This app must have taken many hours of work to create. It can do things that would be very difficult in other apps. I like what it does very much and hats off to Kevin......however.......if you Kev are reading this.......apart from the rather obscure and fiddly ways of doing some useful things (as you - the user will discover) ...... why, just why cant I save a high resolution image of the single tile? The highest resolution I have found is by taking a screen shot of it. The export option implies it should be possible by choosing the untiled option and an image resolution. But no dice. I’m really hoping I’ve missed something here. Or maybe it was a deliberate way to sabotage the apps usefulness in the real professional world. The ability to save a single tile at reasonable resolution would earn Pattern Artist an effortless five star review. In the meantime, if you’re into pattern making this app is a buy.

Zen and the fun of pattern magic
I say zen, because my mind tunes into almost a meditative state when completing a puzzle. Highly recommended. The companion app Pattern Artist allows you to create your own puzzles. Also highly recommended!

I just started playing with this and already I can tell I will use it often. Great app for creating basic repeat patterns. I would love it it free form repeat drawings could be added - drawing in the blank spaces!

But uber cool on the iPad Pro! So many options. This is a well thought out app. Hugs to the developer(s). They seem to have thought about everything. <3

I lose hours and days to this app, quite happily. In some other life I am or was a graphic designer, but in this life I am a writer and musician mostly. This app feeds the graphics jones quite well: I choose a pattern template and a color palette and spend the next however many spare moments trying to produce designs that look as different as I can make them look. When I feel like I have exhausted the possibilities of that particular template and color combination, I choose another.
A bit obsessive, perhaps, but lots of fun if you are a color and pattern addict like I am. Recommended whether or not you want to test your imagination. Steady updates and improvements make this one well worth whatever you pay for it. Comes with a huge collection of designs and a versatile color picker that lets you import and export color schemes.

If you're into patterns this app is a MUST TO HAVE, user friendly and good instructions. Is worth the money. I'll buy anything this guy Kevin does, I wished that he's thinking in a Desktop Version for the Mac. Thanks Kevin, you make my life a little bit more enjoyable, I love symmetry and this App helps me to make great patterns.

I've been searching for an app that I could try to re create the effect of stained glass windows and this is it ! Absolutely beautiful patterns to play with and it's kind of cool to be able to play with / choose the colours . The images make for very pretty wallpaper .

Awesome App!! ✔️
I am an adult who loves to color still and one of my favorite things to color are geometric patterns. This app lets you do that, but in an easier way! All you have to do is touch a circle, square, line, or whatever with the color you want and it is done!! It is very relaxing and fun playing around with everything.
