For some reasons it doesn’t show updated hours🤷🏻♀️
Pure Garbage
If I could give this app no stars, I would. It’s a bit ridiculous that this is the way we track our hours and progress at a school that costs so much money to attend, and yet I don’t even have good access to that information. You always have to delete and re-download the app when you want to access it. I can’t understand why there are so many complaints and bad reviews, but nothing has been done to resolve this issue that affects every student that I have ever met.

Horrible app , and a major set back for future professionals
Absolute garbage
For a company that makes so much money you’d think they would care enough about the students to make an app that actually works. Every time I want to get on the app I have to delete and re-download it. All I want is to be able to check my hours without having to re-download this app daily. All of the messages about how the school is going to operate due to covid 19 have been sent on the app. I haven’t even been able to be notified when a new update about the situation was sent because this. App. Doesn’t. Work. Students pay around 20,000 dollars to attend paul Mitchell schools. There’s no reason you can’t invest in making an app that works.

This app won’t work after opening for the 3rd time. I have to delete it and re-download it. Most of us at my school all have this problem. It’s so frustrating. 20 thousand dollars per student and we can’t even check our grades. The last update was over a year ago. It’s just so unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Needs major improvements
Please fix this app. I can’t check my hours unless I delete and redownload... I could be losing hours and wouldn’t even know. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. It’s been months and my school is zero help in figuring out a solution.

This app works great on my iPad, but on my phone it crashes, and then never loads again unless I delete and re-download and it only works one time even then. Please fix this!

This app is critical to my progress as a student in a Paul Mitchell school and the only way it will work is if I delete and redo a load it EVERY TIME I want to use it. Idk it just seems like a national school would put the resources into making this work for people since it’s an issue for a lot of my classmates as well

The first few months this app worked perfectly but as soon as I started to reach 1000 hours it stopped loading which always lead to me deleting the app and adding it back
