Doesn’t work at all.
I downloaded the app and tried to scan the brochure as it instructed and it went to a black screen, then locked up my phone.

If this is some sort of scam I’m not quite sure the point they’re making. There’s a place where you’re supposed to be able to download links related to the different caps found on gas pipeline markers. They are listed as PDFs but if you click on them you go to would appear to be arbitrary URLs, one being someplace in Microsoft, another one being the national institutes of health Medline site. Maybe they just screwed up and are pulling from your own cache? I don’t know. I’ll happily update the score and review if this stops behaving oddly.
