Not sending OTP
This app does not send OTP to US numbers. I have also tried contacting customer support, but they do not respond. What a waste of time!

Best support app and the staff is very supportive. Tejaswini rai is my account manager and she is very supportive and helpful but the profiles of those who are married are also active it should be implemented.

Unable to view pending profile details
I have filled 97% of profile information but still 3% is pending. Remaining profile detail should be highlighted so that user can fill it easily.
