We just got Pavlov and now trying to set up the app and it won’t connect. It says there is difficulty. No other option. Might have to cancel them soon

Web site is missing information and options to change payment type.

NOT IMPRESSED
So I ordered 5gb and it was fast. I liked it. Then they told us it was way too much for our household and dropped us down a level. Since then we have had nothing but problems. Plus it barely covers our household with the WiFi. I wish we would have went with Conexus. I’ve heard nothing but good things about them.

Buffering issue
Issues each day with buffering throughout each day
Works,but doesn’t work.
Constantly saying it’s my signal but it’s the app. It keeps buffering. Horrible. How many team members run this app?
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. The tech that installed service today even said it’s odd.
Not there yet
This app at first appearance and first uses seems to work ok. But it has features that almost seem like they go to sleep after a while such as the built in speed test. It seldom works even though my internet is currently working fine. The app has a lot of features that are great but the fact that most things don’t work a lot of the time makes it to where when you really need to look at something you don’t trust it because your not sure the app is even working correctly.
I have had the app for approx 4 months and have had to re- install app twice to get some things to work. Even now I have things not working but I believe I’m done with messing with it.

There is no way to report the frequent internet service outages on the app, nor is there any information posted on the current and frequent service outages or updates on when they will be fixed.
