Wish it had an integrated timer
There are some flaws with this app. This is a fun learning app. We are really enjoying it. I do wish it had an internal timer like the YouTube kids app. The videos don’t have a pause button so it can quickly become a source of upset for the kid when they need to shift gears to something else or go to to the bathroom.

Downloaded it for my 3yr old, only to find out EVERYTHING has to be paid for in order to play it. Pathetic game. Not even worth looking into.

Looks fun but there’s one problem!
So, I’m having a tough time actually accessing this game for my little brother. As I have heard, you can actually play this game and test it out without having to pay for a subscription, that’s totally awesome! I wanted to try it out but I don’t really know how to. When you get in, it asks you for your parents birth date, right? So my mom puts that in, and then it says continue, so I press that. When I get to the choosing the plan for your family, My mom didn’t want to do neither because I know there’s a way of accessing it for free, meaning without paying for a subscription. I click the X at the top, and then it takes me to two buttons. “Miss out” and “Continue” so which button do I press?? Or do I press the X at the top? I’m really confused because it doesn’t even let me in anyway so I would really appreciate you fixing this and actually making the set up a little easier, please and thank you. My little brother really loves PAW Patrol a lot so I would be bummed just to hear that you actually HAVE to pay for a subscription to access to game and that there’s no other way around it. Please get back to me soon and fix this!!

You know I am ten years old going to be eleven you might think that I’m too old to have this app but I am a fan of Paw Patrol a lot I was just 4 years old when I first started loving it and I still play Paw Patrol academy best game ever thanks a lot Paw patrol academy love you

Why do you have to pay money for just 10 minutes? What is why would you do that like how do you know if you like the game? If you have to pay money for it before you come in? I don’t think I’ve tried, but I don’t think that’ll be fun.

There are ads for other apps with disturbing characters. This scared my daughter. I don’t recommend this app or any other Piknik apps. Do better.

Downloaded this game for my son, unfortunately the game freezes and locks up his entire tablet, to the point that I have to restart the tablet just to exit the game. This game should be free as well and not be a paid game, false advertising on the developers part.
But save your self the money and hassle of downloading this game, as it will just glitch, and freeze your devices, I did it on 3 tablets (2 iPads, 1 android kids tablet), and 2 iPhones, terrible software, and terrible experience.
I know the developer will leave a comment back saying they are sorry, yet several other reviews below, and not a single offer to fix the problems of the glitch, or make it free. And there is no way to report the app not working properly. So we had to delete it from app devices. On top of it it’s claimed to teach kids, and they can’t even learn from
It, unless you paid an outrageous monthly or yearly price. Don’t advertise it’s educational, when it’s not, Kids games should all be FREE. Stop talking average of your kids, and hoping the kid will hit buy with out their parents knowledge, that’s just wrong. I also see this developer had serval kids games, all are pay to play. Just a way to get free money because we all know kids will hit buy. Shame on this company.
