Silly

Honestly, it’s really disheartening that you get one whole scan for free…I can scan my actual human food as many times as I want on apps, but to keep my pet healthy I need to pay for it. It’s silly.

It’s okay

this app is okay. it’s useful but you have to pay to even scan anything. there has to be better apps compared to this one that will do the same thing for free. i personally don’t think it’s worth it.

0 Scans / No Free Trial ?

This app would be more successful with a free trail or some way to try it out. I understand why a subscription would ultimately be required… but how am I supposed to invest money into something when I can’t even see how it works? Zero scans immediately after downloading is crazy.

The app conceptually is a great idea I was really looking forward to trying out for my puppy. But unfortunately I will be deleting.

Requires you to pay for each scan. 50 scans is $50.
I mean come on y’all don’t care about the health of our pets.. you’re just greedy.

2 scans a month is crazy

You could at least give 1-2 scans a day. 2 scans a month is dumb on marketing cause it doesn’t want to make me buy it but to delete it. Even with 2 scans a day that’s still push enough from marketing for a customer to purchase premium. 2 scans a month is bad marketing and bad strategic selling.

I’ve never used this app and tried to create an account with both Apple and Google, and it said my accounts had been blocked? Not sure since I’ve never used this app.

Très bien

Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles parce qu’il manque deux choses à mon avis :

- L’application en français

- Et la fonctionnalité « Recommandations » quand un produit n’est pas très bien noté. Histoire d’avoir des suggestions de produits similaires mais mieux notés.

Mais sinon très bonne application !

Cannot easily try app without paying

When you download this app it does let you to scan anything without upgrading to premium. You need to wait some time before free scans are available. No free trial also. Why pay for something you do not even know if it’s useful?

Nothing is for free

Downloaded this app for a quick check for my kitten food, I used the scanner and immediately the app asked the premium subscription. So, you have 0 scan (not even 2 for days or something like that).

I got zero scans, I scanned for the first time and immediately got the message for subscribe to the premium, it's not a false information or a bad review "just because".
I have no interest in giving bad reviews at random apps .
