App Not Working
Hi. I haven’t been able to view anything on your for a really long time. Not even the books I had downloaded… :’(
Bullied
My app been down for weeks now, the coins that I had on there most of them I purchased. I’m wondering how long this app going be down& if not coming back how do I get a refund for the coins I purchased?!
App stopped working
The app just stopped working. No matter how many times I’ve loaded & reloaded. Has worked perfect for a long time till recently. Can’t log in & just keeps saying check connection. Can’t even submit an issue says error. Super bummed was a great app before though.
Why can’t I check in
For the last 3 days I haven’t been able to check in and I have the most recent version downloaded.
App is useless at this point
I can’t check in, the checkin tab does not work, I can’t use my bonus as it says I don’t have any even though I have 190 bonus showing below. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and it still does not work. Done with this app
Waste
Got a year subscription worked great until they don’t want to unlock chapters until I link my account.. reading the privacy policy they will be sharing my info with no option to turn it off.. what a waste. The book was actually good.. I’ll count my losses and delete.
