View contact details, dog notes, photos, visit history, spend history, signed forms, appointment records, and payment history. Multiple dogs from the same household can be added to one appointment. SMART CALENDAR See your month at a glance with colour-coded availability. Tap any day to book quickly. Paws Planner warns you about double bookings, closed days, overlapping appointments, and working hour conflicts. Create one-off bookings or recurring appointments for regular clients, such as “Bella every 6 weeks”. SMS AND WHATSAPP REMINDERS Send appointment reminders by SMS or WhatsApp with one tap. Set each client’s preferred reminder method and use custom templates that automatically fill in client name, dog name, date, and time. PAYMENTS AND REPORTS Track payments inside each appointment. Record cash, card, bank transfer, or other payment methods. Mark appointments as paid or unpaid, then view income reports with date and payment filters.
