I got this for my cat and paid a subscription it won’t let me log in just kicks me off app waste of money
Don’t bother
Don’t waste your time or money, app keeps crashing so can’t use the tag. Now I’ve paid the subscription, I don’t know how to cancel it!!

I cannot log into the app itself, I try and it automatically closes. I have to go through my browser. My husband and I tried to test it out, so really unsure if it actually works. EI - location, sending information to me from his phone to say "pet found".

I be paid for this but just checked to show a friend how it works it doesn’t work my puppy ran off & didn’t work waste of money I can’t even get in contact with the company who are still charging me
