Won’t respond
This is my second review and I had to write over my first one I wrote because it doesn’t allow you to put on more than 1. Terrible app because they won’t respond to help. I used it once and it took days to develop then they gave me credits ad I can’t add a dog. Terry picture I try has a red X on it. Even the previous pic I used

Won’t respond
The first time I made an album it was ok although it made my dog look like a young puppy on a couple pics. The next 2 I’ve made are still in the process after many days. I’ve emailed them with no response. There’s no option to cancel the album so I’ve paid for 2 albums that are stuck in the process.

Please email us at support@bytortuga.com with your order details and we'll get you set up with free album runs to replace the ones that didn't work out. We want to make it right.
Insanely accurate!
I uploaded a few pics of my pup and the app generated an album of pictures of her at the casino. At first, I thought it would be fun to play around with but it was crazy how the app got her features down so accurately!! Like down to her little underbite and mustache it was clear it was her. I can’t wait to see what she’d look like in Italy next! I can’t help but share these cute pictures of her they are ridiculously cute.

Paid 9.99 can’t use app
come here to say can’t use even though I’ve paid £9.99 :( I’ve messaged support 3 hours ago hopefully they reply and can resolve the issue and I will update my review.
Had issues but now fixed can recommend
Downloaded it paid £9.99 uploaded some photos and did not do anything after 12 hours
I then had a message to say its been sorted and credited given.
I have created some really cute photos.
I uploaded photos of my other dog lady and once again it didn’t working for her.
emailed for support and issue fixed.
Love my photos really pleased thanks.
