Pax Romana is an offline strategy board game set in Ancient Rome. Roll the dice, gather goods from the land, and build your name across the provinces until you are the most respected citizen in Rome. BUILD YOUR ROME Lay roads, found houses, upgrade them to grand villas, and raise monuments. Every settlement you own draws goods when the dice favour its land. TRADE AND PROSPER Swap goods at the market, or hold a port for a better rate. Strike deals directly with your rivals when the price is right. WIN PROVINCIAL CONTRACTS Provinces across the empire want grain, marble, wine, timber and oil. Fulfil their contracts for prestige before a rival beats you to it. FACE THE MOB Roll a seven and the Mob stirs. Sponsor public games to disperse it and win favour, or watch it block your best land. RACE TO GLORY Prestige is measured in Dignitas. Claim the longest road and the largest legion, complete contracts, and be first to the target to win. PLAY YOUR WAY Take on two or three computer rivals across four difficulty levels, from a gentle introduction to a real challenge. A guided tutorial teaches you as you play.
