Crashes and needs to be deleted
Good when it works but randomly faults in stating “communicating” like it’s a buffering issue, except it’s a never ending fault so basically the app has completely crashed and the only way of fixing that is the app has to be deleted and re-found for customers, and all the steps to link it gone through all over again! Meanwhile they can’t get through the gates to access their units which causes stress.
