Can’t even log in
I’ve used the website just fine but the app doesn’t even allow me to sign in. I was hoping to find a way to use this service that was less clunky than the website. Already deleted it.
No longer works
After the latest update the app no longer works. I log in and it says success however it just returns to the login screen. It was a decent app when it worked but I guess that’s over now
No longer working
Offer page no longer loads. Stays blank. Been like this for a few weeks now. It was bad enough, pay outs took forever to post, now the offers page never loads.
This app is a joke
This app and website wants you to give them your credit card information with promises to give you credit towards your loans. However, somehow my account never gets credited after my purchases. I tried to add a different card, but the app gave me an error message and wouldn’t allow me to add the card.
Overall, if you are looking at Payce crediting your account as a perk, Newsflash - the ‘perks’ are fake news!

Absolute trash
This app is designed like many other card linked apps, but the difference is this one never pays you. Never. It has been 4 months since several purchases and still $0. Absolute trash. Lying trash. Maybe it’s a front to just scrape personal info and sell elsewhere—who knows? It is definitely not what it advertises itself as. Blocking this app’s permissions and removing all personal info.

No longer works
After their latest updates it no longer will let you log in using Facebook, all you get is a message stating that the app is in development and that you have to be a registered test user
How long does this take???
First cash back listed on my account is May 4th....here it is, September 9th and it still says pending knowing good and well that I’ve passed the return period for my chap stick or whatever it was that I purchased. I love the app as a viable option for cash back and the credit a bill feature is a wonderful idea that I would share regularly with people but 4 months is wayyyyy too long to have a transaction pending. Will probably delete the app soon because I don’t like a company having access to my info without payment for that info. Fix it and I’ll sing praises but until then, it’s worthless.

All Thunder, No Lightening
I’ve been using this app since May and everything has remained in pending since I have started using the app. He has a good numbers of vendors but why would I let you check my purchases for no reward whatsoever. Going to erase it in another three weeks and give it a full four months to cash out.
Disappointed
Been using since May 2020, I still haven’t received any cash back yet. It states I have $12.42. Last transaction was on 08/24/2020. Sent numerous emails and no response. Sounds like a scam

I’ve had the app for a year and a half. Do not waste your time. When you activate a deal, it takes 3 months to earn the Cashback, but not always. Old navy’s cash back took 3 months. Car rental took 3 months for cashback. BWW I didn’t even get cashback. I requested for my cashback I have almost $12... cause it’s almost impossible with this app. And you need $20 to cash out. I wasted a lot of time trying to get them to email me back. Don’t waste your time!

I’m new to Payce and having this app makes it so easy to not feel guilty shopping. I’ve already started my Christmas shopping and I’m earning money back with all my purchases.

I’ve been using Payce for quite a while now and am pumped to finally have an app! I love earning cash back on online purchases - there are so many vendors that I actually frequent so earning is easy!
