Extremely accurate
I have used this app for almost three years now and it’s absolutely great. A perfect match for what your paycheck will be after all deductions are taken out. I’ve done contract work where I get non taxed stipends and it rolls out perfectly. Even before applying jobs on an hourly rate I can tell what my paycheck would be like before even applying for a job that can meet my needs. It has by far been my go to app and I could not recommend it more.

Perfect travel nurse tool (as long as your home state does not have state income tax too)
This app is amazing for helping me figure out how much money I would make on a contract. Love that it does the individual state taxes too.

Really Helpful But Room For Improvements

So far I am loving this app. I am currently on the free trial but I do plan to keep my yearly subscription.
A suggestion I have for this app is to include a feature or an integration with hour tracking and have a save file of each check received so the “My Budget” section can be used more accurately for people who have varying paychecks (i.e commision based).
In addition, I am in NYC and there’s an additional tax for residents in NYC. Can you have a calculation option for us city dwellers?

Thank you so much for the review, SaniyahMalani! We've just added some of the state special taxes. The city taxes will be tricky but we'll see what we can do! Multiple budgets are also in our roadmap and should be available on a few releases!

It’s a good app overall, but if You were to add a YTD earning in order to calculate tax deductions even more properly that would be great

Used to use this calculator all the time until the makers got greedy and now make you pay to use the app.
Disappointed
Had this app for a while… They had a flat rate to unlock the ad free version so I got it. Now all of a sudden they have turned into a subscription put ads back on. Looks like I’ll just go back to google for free pay check calculator or maybe just use an A.I bot. ✌🏾

Great tax calculator.
I’ve been in business for 12 years. When I’m in the office I use QuickBooks, but about 90% of the time I’m not in the office so when I have to figure something out to do with taxes, I use this app. I highly recommend it.
Greed killed this app for me
Speaking directly to the creators of this amazing app. You killed it. I would love to pay a one-time REASONABLE fee to use it for life. But locking literally many of its features behind watching apps to force us to get a pricy subscription? Dude. I don’t need it this badly, so this app is done and gone from my phone and those who I recommended it to. I’ve found a different solution because of your greed. The app is very helpful and useful
Now filled with ads
This used to be a great app, but with the addition of a subscription and the continued rollback of features that used to be accessible completely for free, I can no longer recommend it. You need to watch multiple ads just to adjust your overtime now, for example. Use another app.

My go to app
As a travel nurse who is continually evaluating contracts, this is the best app. I love being able to just pull out my phone run numbers and very quickly know what my bottom line looks like.
Very accurate
I work a lot of different shifts and a lot of overtime. Paycheck calculator is quite accurate in determining my net pay especially when you have to take into account shift differentials and overtime. I love it.
No issues
Was really good before having to pay for certain features that are needed to calculate everything correctly. Still giving high have yet to find one as simple and good as this one .
