Very difficult to change my password. Says it sends a verification email. It doesn’t.

The app is so slow and it signs me out every time. I have to sign in every time I open this app. It’s frustrating. Please fix this issue.

Hi, noticed the bug when you clock out, it logs you out instead and you have to log back in to clock off hasn’t been fixed. Other than that it works.

Why does this app not allow Face ID to login!? I have to manually type in my email and password every time.

EVERYONE at my company gets logged out. Very frustrating
App has never worked
App has never worked on either of my phones. Login and username doesn’t matter it’s always invalid, just show the schedule through regular paycor
Moving on
We’ve use Paycor since it was nimble (about 8 years) but the last couple years there have been so many time we can’t access their app or website. They used to have better customer service also. Now it’s the weekend and no way to contact them. We are switching to another scheduling and time clock app.

Can’t login into app
Login info works on the website and other app but will not work for here. Doesn’t look like I’m the only person with this problem
Unusable
This app is terrible. It doesn’t work with my sign in and I don’t know why. I try to change my password and I never receive the email to let me do that, so I can’t even use this app. I don’t get why paycor has to have multiple different apps for things.

Disappointed
I have updated my email and password at least 10 times to no avail. I’ve requested a link to change it and I never get anything. I have the app and I can’t get in. I have to go through our administrator and that’s stupid.

Great. I check my time card and twice I have notified my manager that I punched out or in twice and it was corrected immediately. If I had not checked my app it would have been a delay. My paycheck is posted the day before pay with all info. Best of all is my schedule to work. My next day time appears as a good reminder for me. Love it. CH

Terrible
Terrible system. Glitches ALL THE TIME, not user friendly, and cannot be utilized web based on a mobile phone. Going to make our jobs harder.
Not a good app
I can use my screen name and password to sign in on the website, but they will not work for the app. Very irritating, I find this app useless.
