About

PayCycle helps you see whether the income from each payday can cover the bills due before the next payday. Add your expected salary and recurring or one-time payments. PayCycle organizes them into payday cycles and shows: • Expected income, registered payments, and the projected difference • A calendar with salary, extra income and payment titles on each date • Current-cycle breakdowns and the balance trend across cycles • One-off income, such as a bonus, in any cycle • An end for recurring payments, such as a loan or instalments • Reminders for upcoming payments and items awaiting confirmation Confirm the actual amount and date after a payment is made. You can also adjust an estimate for one cycle without changing future estimates. PayCycle stores your planning data on this device. Turn on iCloud sync in Settings (it starts off) to keep it in sync across your iPhone and iPad through your private iCloud account, which the developer cannot access. You can also export it to a file and import it again. PayCycle does not connect to banks or credit card accounts and does not read transactions automatically. The free version shows a banner ad. A one-time in-app purchase removes ads. Purchases can be restored, and eligible Apple offer codes can be redeemed from Settings.

What's New in PayCycle

- Colours now mean something: expenses are red, income is blue, and the main colour is yellow. - Payments are now called expenses, and Salary & Cycle is now Income. - Income now works just like expenses. Add your salary, side jobs, bonuses and more in Income in Settings, and repeat them monthly, every few months, weekly and so on, as you would an expense. - Choose where each cycle starts. It starts on the 1st of the month by default; turn on "Start the cycle on this day" in a monthly income, and each cycle runs from that pay day to the next. Your current payday carries over as it is. - An income stays not received until you mark it as received from Home. - You can skip the salary on the first screen with "Later" and start right away. - An expense no longer needs a name. A blank name becomes "Expense 1" and so on, or the card's name when you choose a card bill. - Expenses and Income in Settings now list recurring items only. Add a one-time expense or income with the + button on Home. - Add an expense or income to the cycle you are viewing with the + button on Home. - Home now lists your income alongside your expenses. - Mark every past-due unpaid expense and every income not yet received as done in one step. - Recurring expenses and income now show as scheduled in future cycles, and you can record them there. - Expenses and income in Settings are now templates for the cycles ahead; changing an amount there no longer changes the amounts in cycles that already exist. You can also delete them from their editor. - When you confirm an expense, its date now starts at the scheduled date. - Statistics is clearer: the cycle picker, calendar and the chosen day's items share one card, and the balance trend counts only confirmed amounts. - Turn iCloud sync on or off for each device in Settings. It starts off. - Importing is safer: see what a file contains before you import it, add a file to your current data, or go back to the data you had before an import. - The Home summary card is simpler. - The promotion code entry in Settings is now a small link next to Restore Purchases.
