Was very easy application process at first but months into the loan there was issues My sister passed away and they tried to collect her balance from me. After numerous calls from them asking me to pay her loan back I wrote my review. When I wouldn’t change my review they denied my loan. Was getting numerous calls about this matter. They told me they needed proof she died. It put a lot of undo stress on me during a difficult time. Update: after numerous loans with this company they demanded 5 stars instead of 4 that I gave. Upon reapplying my loan suddenly gets denied after I refused to change my rating.

Does not follow Ontario legal policies regarding payday loans
After given loan, I requested to payback via e transfer, was told they couldn’t accommodate that request (even though that was how my prior loans were paid back to them). After legally revoking consent for PAD they continued to withdraw from my bank without legal consent. Stick to lenders that follow the loan rules and regulations and follow legal obligations when revoking consent for PAD.
