Less than 1 star?
This app is useless. Can’t even keep the password window on the screen and the log in button doesn’t work. What’s the point?!
Broken
The app won’t let me fill in the login info. I have to force autofill and the radio button to submit the long in info is broken and does not log me into my account to manage my students needs.

Amazing that still months later with everyone complaining about not logging in, you are still not able to log in.

This app doesn’t work with a password manager for sign in, doesn’t allow pasting your password from a password manager. It also forces your first letter to be upper case. Why release a terrible (non native) app that’s a horrible experience? Just make your site responsive or adaptive. There is no good mobile option here.

Doesn’t work
This app consistently does not allow me to login. The “Submit” button is inactive. And when I attempt to “Contact Us” that “Submit” is inactive too. Not user friendly.
Accessing the website thru my phone is inconvenient. The site is NOT phone friendly. Everything is tiny and difficult to use.

Can't login in
I downloaded the app and tried to enter my log in credentials at it keeps kicking me out. The main system isn't working for my sons lunch money either. First it just randomly stopped processing autopay last week then yesterday it said he had no money. I checked he had plenty in the account. Tried to contact the customer service via the help and it says I reach the page in error no way to contact. I tried to download this app in hopes of getting another way to contact and I can't get in.

Submit button still doesn’t work?
I seen a review written in August saying that the submit button doesn’t work. It’s not January, and it’s still useless. What gives?

The app worked last year and the years before . I can not get past the login screen when I hit submit . What is the issue ??
Logging in
I am having a problem logging in from my phone computer lets me do it but all the functions aren’t the same. I want to see what my child is buying and the app will let you do it website won’t. Submit button doesn’t do anything now when you push it.
Submit Button Doesn’t Work
I can’t login to the app at all because the submit button doesn’t work. After clicking on “send a message” and explaining the issue, I tried to click submit on that and that button doesn’t work either.

Huge waste of time
The only thing this app is good for is wasting your time. It opens to a login screen and lets you type you username and password then, nothing!!! It doesn’t log you in, it doesn’t tell you your information is incorrect, it doesn’t even act like it’s going to attempt to do anything…nothing!! So what’s the point? Instead of this app I have just created a shortcut to the login pay from safari on my home screen. This way I can actually login in and pay for things!!

Worst school app
Can’t get past the login screen. Half the time it won’t recognize or accept card information. Hate this app and the system as a whole more than anything. Support is garbage. They offer no help or solutions.

I cannot get pass the submit button from my
Phone, no problems from my computer. This makes this very difficult to replenish while I’m on the go, I’ve uninstalled and re downloaded the app, nothing. Last school year was not a problem.
Please fix this issue, also, it would be helpful to add payment methods from the mobile app.

Cannot not replenish payment
Please fix the submit button so I can add on funds for my daughter.
Worst app ever
App does not work. Website contact us does not work. What a joke of a company. They make school is it and fail the end user. Pay cash if possible for lunch. You will have better luck than this company
