2 hour wait to get a car and only 2 people that bounce back and forth between 3 work stations.

The worst app I have ever seen
Nothing works. I tried to register and as soon the app opens it has error messages. I will go back to enterprise or Hertz

Unable to process request. Please try again later is a pop up on every action you try to take, including launching the app. Nothing works at all. Avoid avoid avoid.

Doesn’t do anything besides show errors, mostly in Arabic which I can’t read. Oh and there’s a horrible animation on the splash screen

The service seems ill equipped to handle simple technology expectations. And yet they keep this app available even when it is totally malfunctioning. Hard to earn customer loyalty with such poor attention to basic service needs.

App Doesn’t Work: Unable to Process Request
Just installed the app hoping we could skip the very long line for the Payless counter at Sarasota Airport and just go straight to our car. We keep getting an error with almost every function in the app that says, “Unable to process request. Try again later.” Very much disappointed.
