Very useless app and website
Annoying app and website. You literally have to call and beg before they allow you to purchase. When you want to pay, it gets stucked on pending and you can never continue or complete the transaction until and unless you call them or chat with them on WhatsApp. Sometimes they agents are also and just don’t know their job description, so you as the customer is now left in darkness and without electricity for a long time
