Great potential, Needs some improvements

Update 2: I’m convince it’s a scam app. Customer service NEVER responds. The phone number isn’t real. The website No one ever responded to the issue of my personal info being on display due to their buggy app. This app is being used to gather people’s personal and financial informagion.
Update: I have been trying to reach support for months. There’s an issue with my account that allows users access to my personal information. I would appreciate if someone took the time to address this issue!!
This app has great potential. Set up is pretty easy, quick and straightforward. If you have customers waiting for your services, you can be set up and ready to make money in just a few minutes. However, as a tutor, I have some concerns. Sometimes, when trying to log onto the platform from my iPad, there’s an error message stating the server is inaccessible, and when I try to pull up the website from my laptop, the page will also be unavailable.
This would have a negative impact on scheduled appointments. After uploading a profile photo, it becomes inaccessible within the dashboard and therefore can’t be changed. When I upload a new photo in hopes of replacing the first one, nothing happens. It would be nice to be able to delete and replace profile photos.
With some bug fixes, this app can be great for conducting online tutorials and videoconferences.

Great app for share your interests!!
Setting up the profile and app was super easy. It’s a great platform to use if you have a hobby or talent. Consulting with customers, teaching and sharing your talent is amazing. Best thing is that you can tutor and share your knowledge with people. Payment is easy as well. Great app. Totally recommend it.

Awesome app
Easy to use and super cool. One of the best apps I’ve used in quarantine for WFH. I use it with my friends esp and it’s been helpful since we can teach new hobbies to each other.
So handy to have right on my devices
I am pretty excited about having the Telework app. It was really easy to set up my profile and get the profile active. I have not had a call yet but it seems very straight forward. Setting up payment info was a breeze. All you need is direct deposit information.
The only part of the set up that seemed a little unclear was the About Me section. I wasn’t sure if I should use that space to introduce myself or my service so I did both. I don’t see another section to add the information and into so it worked out great.
One thing I like about this app is how easy it is to manage. I didn’t have to add the same info in different sections. Just like I said at the begging, it’s a very straight forward app to use.
