App never works
What a disgrace for RBC, this app has bugs for years and they have not done anything to fix it. Interestingly you call the customer service and they have no clue that their app does not work!
The App Doesn’t Work At All
I entered my login credentials in the app, but it wouldn’t let me sign in. When I used the exact same information on the website, it worked without any issues. This app clearly needs a fix.

J’avais prévu depuis quelques temps un gros achat chez IKEA car je savais que ce programme existait. À la seconde ou j’ai voulu passer à la caisse tout à déraper. L’app ne me reconnaît pas je ne suis pas capable de me connecter. Les employés au IKEA son tout aussi inutile… bref j’ai payé autrement. Téléphone au service à la clientèle du programme complètement désintéressé ma juste dit que le prêt etais bon pour 48 hre sans plus m’aider. Très déçu d’un service de ma banque qui ne semble pas fonctionner
