I tried to register for the reloadable card but the app wouldn’t let me. Phoning didn’t help, and following instructions of the so called tech help didn’t help. I am just fed up with this and will look for another reloadable card.
Card registration and address not working
It will ask to register the card with name and address infos but wont let me search up my adress , tried with different devices but no good
Complete scam - avoid
You have to register the card via the app to use it and there is no other option available. Then when you try to register an error message appears: “oops, something unexpected happened, please try again”.

Can’t register
The app doesn’t work. You can’t register your card and so if you bought it for the advertised upgrade to a reloadable card, it’s useless.
Worst app
I find it funny that people have been complaining about how they can’t add a card since last year and it still have the same issues. I wouldn’t recommend it the card.

App doesn’t work properly, and the service is very slow and inefficient. I bought a $500 gift card that was compromised and the money was taken without my authorization right after I bought it. It has passed 2 weeks and I don’t have a sign of my money neither a decent service to follow my situation through.

Recieved one of these as a gift. Cannot even use it as the card apparently is outdated. Customer service is the worse experience ever. Complete waste of money.

I downloaded app only for it to say it cannot register my card. Cannot even check my balance. Can’t not call anyone because it’s automated message telling us to download app. Don’t purchase this type a card.
