Paypr: Nanny Pay Tracker

Keep your nanny and babysitter hours, amounts owed and paid work in one place. Add an hourly rate, log the time, and Paypr does the math. After you pay, mark the work paid so you can see what is still owed. HOURS IN. AMOUNT OWED, WORKED OUT. Three hours at $25 an hour? That is $75. Record work for the right person and keep their hours and balance together. Add time with a quick entry or by selecting it on the day’s timeline. SEE WHAT IS PAID AND UNPAID Review work entries and mark them paid after you have paid the person. Keep a clear record of which work is settled and which is still outstanding. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HELP YOUR HOUSEHOLD Track your nanny, babysitter, tutor, cleaner or other hourly helper. Each person has their own rate and balance. Paypr also works for tutoring lessons paid by the hour. FREE FOR ONE PERSON Track one person free, forever. Upgrade to Paypr Pro for unlimited people, weekly, monthly and yearly summaries, and CSV export. YOUR RECORDS STAY YOURS Your work records are stored on your device and synced through your private iCloud account. Paypr has no ads. Paypr records hours and paid status. It does not find or hire helpers, send money, calculate payroll taxes or file tax returns. Keep payment receipts and payment dates separately when you need them.
