PayPrep turns the roster on your phone into a pay sheet you can hand to your accountant—without an account, server or desktop. Build the roster • Add staff, their payroll IDs, employment types and actual base rates. • Enter shifts, unpaid breaks and one-off category overrides. • Work weekly, fortnightly or monthly in the venue's time zone. Apply your rates • Set your own weekday, Saturday, Sunday and public-holiday categories. • Review calculated hours, pay rates and gross totals before anything leaves the app. • Catch overlaps, missing rates and unmapped hours with a pre-export checklist. Hand over a clean CSV • Accountant summary: hours, rates and gross by person and category. • Shift detail: the audit trail behind the totals. • Xero timesheet layout: rows shaped for compatible bridge workflows; PayPrep does not connect to or submit data to Xero. Private by design Your roster and pay data stay on your device. PayPrep has no account, analytics, tracking, cloud sync or backend. Exports are created only when you choose them, saved to Files and shared through Apple's share sheet. PayPrep prepares gross hours and gross pay. It does not interpret awards, calculate PAYG withholding or superannuation, or lodge Single Touch Payroll.
