Very bad service
My transfer to my relative again has not complete. You are asking my relative to verify their identify every time I send 100 usd…. Why?
A transfer for 128 usd.
The System requested to verify their identity, My relative did, but nothing happened. Then I started the ticket with support team, a few hrs later they send me an email asking for my name 🤩 and my phone number. I replied.
However, 2 hrs late the same email from paysend asking about my name and phone number came again. Before I replied I saw another email, saying my ticket has been closed since I did not reply 👎👎👎. Just horrible service. Do not use this app. My transfer was pending for 1.5 day and is still pending.

After the update, the service isn't working, and there's simply no technical support!

Пользуюсь Paysend уже лет 6, все отлично. Но когда будет возможность пересылать с Американского аккаунта Paysend на карты белорусских банков? Потому что до этого у меня был польский аккаунт Paysend несколько лет и там была такая возможность. С переездом в США обновила аккаунт и теперь в Paysend нет смысла будто для меня, потому что мне нужны переводы в Беларусь

Absolutely terrible and money stuck
Zero support and no resolution for my case. 10 days and money is not transferred and not refunded back to me. Zero stars please don’t use the app

If you get problem with app customer service can’t do anything they have not any good technician! I had a problem they are not fixed, i request 15 more times, it’s month passed they still not fixed !! Horrible
