Extremely Poor Banking Experience
Very disappointing experience with Mashreq. Today, my friend transferred AED 200 to me, and the amount was deducted from my friend’s account, but I still haven’t received the money in my Mashreq account/card.
There is no clear explanation or proper support regarding where the money is or when it will be credited. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the sender has already been charged.
I expect Mashreq to resolve this issue urgently and improve the customer support experience. Customers should not have to worry about their money disappearing without a clear explanation.
