Money trapped
I really can't login. No idea how money can be taken out. Money is stuck and unable to login always. Quite obviously having a trading platform is not Mashreq bank's cup of tea.

Very bad interface. The logging itself take so much time with no indication where the OTP is sent to
No improvement
1.Older interface
2.application cannot open after 12 pm to 8 am(otp not generating)
3.No improvement in software
4.no proper graph and leading news to customers
5.All the time otp requires
6.Not linked with UAE pass
7.Only for just buy and sell(even sometime you cannot sell desired time).
8.Never sees like these type of from a leading bank(even mashreq share prices also increasing all the time)

Very worse app in can’t believe mashreq is doing nothing to fix the problem
Please app developers see all the negative feedback and work on your app it’s not so hard to read user’s comments unless you know the problem and don’t want to work on just tell the users that your not willing to work on your app cause it’s one of the worst app I have used logging in is a hustle
Password change isnt working
Password change screen is moving ahead and even does not show any dialogue or any messages. It’s completely stuck pl chk and rectify. App is pathetic , unfortunately Mashreq doesn’t care since lon there is no update. Cant login in to my account
