Too many ads/suggestions
This used to be go to app for all things investments but lately they have started showing suggestions/ads everywhere mutual funds, stocks, bonds etc.
This has totally been a nightmare experience.
Atleast give users to disable suggestions and ads🙏🙏🙏

Worst service ever
They never respond to help ticket. They just closed the ticket saying query unclear. Sometimes dont allow to sell, no sell button on app. They dont provide reason as well.

Great app without hassle usage
I have been using this app since 3 years and have seen its journey throughout. Great effort to bring everything in one platform. One suggestion I have bring AI based investment and make easy to transfer financial assets from other platform to this platform.
Log in Issue
After last update everday its asking to log in via otp. Before it was not required. Its getting frustrating
Help option is a joke
I tried so many times to get help but nothing works. They want people to invest money via their app but app lacks important information like how to reset location permissions if you are able to verify via selfie due to location restrictions
Exponential Rise!!
In recent months app is making amazing progress. Almost every day a new feature is being added love it!!
Auto logs out!
App is broken since the last update. It keeps auto logging you out. Amateur hour man

Missing Bond Details After Update
I have been using Paytm Money for bond investments, and until recently, it was very convenient. However, after the latest update, I noticed a serious issue: the detailed information for bonds I already purchased is missing.
Earlier, I could easily view key details like coupon rate, yield to maturity (YTM), maturity date, and issuer information for all my holdings. Now, this information is no longer visible in the app. Without these details, it is extremely difficult to track and manage my existing bond portfolio, or make informed decisions about redemptions and reinvestments.
For any serious bond investor, this data is essential. I strongly request Paytm Money to restore full visibility of bond details for purchased holdings at the earliest. Otherwise, the app loses much of its usefulness for fixed-income investors.

Issue in payment gateway
I believe the app was comfortable earlier. 3 issues i would like to highlight:-
1. The payment gateway has become ultra trash for a company like paytm. I pay via netbanking, amt gets debited, when the bank screen redirects to paytmoney, it shows “something went wrong” and investment is rejected. Multiple times on multiple days it has happened. Okay, then i switch over to gpay, payment get done, no automatic redirect, i open the app, it shows payment successful - great. Then if i click ‘back’ or ‘discover more funds’, the app redirects me to gpay again and initiated payment prompt again on gpay to pay the same amt i just paid. I close every window, restart the app. Then it becomes ok. I mean, WHAT IS GOING ON? An Investment app so huge but cant design its payment gateways properly? Pathetic
2. The app seeks face id at every other step. Once we open the app with face id, i dont know why everytime i open portfolio it asks again and again. This depth of security is not understood.
3. I have invested more than 20L fm this app and the type of customer service paytm money offers is atrocious. It gives me chills and scares me. We are investing so much, and there is no proper method to contact ur service, the chats are useless, nobody responds, the calls get cut after 10 seconds, after waiting for 10 minutes.
I truly cant be more polite than this. Please rectify app related issue and make us more easy as customer to reach to customer support. We have literally no interest in raising issues via ur 24x7 ai chatbot cause it’s a showoff and is useless.

Need App for ipad
Please develop a app for ipad. Ipad is much better for trading rather then phone so please
Unable to change payment type
Very bad UI, can’t even allowed to change payment method when both UPI id & bank name is bit lengthy. Change CTA disappear above PAY button and I can’t change my payment method. Frustrating, unable to pay my SIP on time due to this.
Awesome app- need to solve a bug
I have been a big fan of this app since long. This is my main account and the app for stock market.
For a couple of months, one thing is very annoying and frustrating on the iOS app which is, when we open a script, the close icon on the left top corner is not clickable. We have to pull down the whole screen to close it. This becomes annoying when we are all the way to the bottom of the script screen. I wonder why it’s been there for so long.

Unable to sort/filter stocks
Unable to sort/filter stocks when tried to view all stocks
Too much unnecessary information and missing the required information
Poor interface and lot of junk information and missing required information which is actually related to portfolio
