Fine print issues
First, what’s good: very responsive customer support. They were super quick to get back with answers and follow up. They also vet applications.
The bad:
Originally, I, as the owner, was going to use this to help my roommate build his credit back up. 15 days later, 5 past the grace period, we decided not to use it (I’m not going out of my way to get a bank verification letter when there are other options).
I would have thought like with property managers, they would have added the fee into rent, but apparently not, it’s based on how long you have access to the app. My application process was never finished. This isn’t a streaming service, the app has no purpose other than collecting rent, so this logic seems predatory.
Then there’s the app, it really isn’t user friendly. You need to submit a merchant application, but I’m not a merchant, and theres a confusing set of instructions that’s also outdated. It was difficult to know whether it was submitted or not.
Hopefully with such a poor average score, the app will get a major rethink.

Not usable
This app always has an issue, and what’s funny is that it’s never the same issue. I’m always surprised by how unusable this app is, its comical really.

Useless web wrapper
This app is just a web wrapper for their site. It’s completely useless and also is against Apples developer guidelines.
Not even worth 1 star
Worst app ever!!! Runs slow! Does not keep my login information! Does not allow for partial payments and does not provide you with the balance until the day rent is due!? This app is pointless!
Limited user capability
The app won’t allow for partial payments, nor can you flag an invoice if it is incorrect. In the 4 months I’ve been using it, the invoices have been consistently incorrect and I’ve had to call the landlord. She has had to jump thru many hoops to get it fixed, up to and including calling the app designers. It’s become a running joke with us—how is the app going to screw up this time, we wonder—and paying the rent becomes a hassle every time. Last month she didn’t get the rent until the day after it was due b/c the dev team wasn’t available to fix her problem.

Worst app on App Store
Worst app I have on my phone. No options. Log in each time I need to pay rent. Somehow I stupidly trust this will work and still be secure and safe. Do not download. It's an awful app. This is the first negative review I've posted without creative criticism. I can't post without out giving it one star. It doesn't deserve one star.

Useless
Just like the mobile site, you can't even type in a payment amount so what's the point?
App is less usable than the mobile website
The formatting is completely off and the user experience suffers dramatically as a result. It also doesn't feel like a true app but rather feels like an application wrapped around the mobile website.
