Bugs and glitches

So many bugs and glitches in this application.
While filling the checklist the app will closes automatically, then again we have launch the application form home, for filling one checklist app gets closes again and again and in sometimes it will get stuck ..
After filling checklist once it submitted 10 to 15 times did sync but no use of sync button!!! It will shows as submitted until i closes the app and relaunch..
