Barely works
I’ve been using this app for about 4 months now and it has been horrible. It works ~20% of the time. At first I thought maybe my WiFi connection was bad but no matter where I am it never works. Constantly crashing, lagging cameras, blank screens. This app needs a lot of work.
Poor quality
Prior to the most recent update, although the app was not the greatest, it was better than the current state. I have never logged in & the app not freeze since the latest update. The video feed freezes but the timer does not stop. I’m unable to rotate my phone to view full screen anymore. Too bad there wasn’t an option for 0 stars. The app should function more often than being dysfunctional.

Update broke things
The Support Ticket form is broken so you can’t even report all the issues with the app now
Poor quality
Since the latest “update”, the app has been even more glitchy. You get no more than two seconds of viewing before it freezes however, the countdown for viewing minutes continues. No more sideways viewing as the screen turns black and shows the cameras not functioning a great amount of times. Unable to submit a ticket on the app for help. Tried logging into the website for viewing and it appears to only be for the centers. Total waste of money at this point.

Was okay but update screwed it up
After updating the app about a month ago, on my iPad when I turn it to landscape it doesn’t work properly. The video frame cuts in half and stays in portrait even tho it’s in landscape.
Worse with every release. Unusable now.
It was already buggy and flakey to begin with. With the latest release, you can’t view video sideways when the phone is laying down otherwise it switches back to portrait viewing. The new layout is less responsive overall and less reliable. The old version was already unreliable. It often doesn’t load a feed, doesn’t update the thumbnail for a feed, etc. It’s a terrible app and frustrating experience every time I open it.

Latest update
Ever since you updated the user interface four days ago, I am unable to see anything but a very small window showing the classroom on my iPad. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it didn’t help at all. Very very disappointed. Can y’all help me in someway?
New info 4/9/26: Tried on my iPhone and the viewing window is tiny and when I try to change cameras, I get a triangle with a line through it.
Somehow you ruined a perfectly fine app.

Worse with every release

Not a good app
There are so many things I don’t like about this app. It glitches every single time I check it. Replays seconds of the video over and over again. Limits how long you watch and limits how many times you can check on your child. Would NOT recommend.
Unusable, errors and crashes on load
This app is insane buggy and poorly designed. I’ve deleted and re-installed the app twice but continue to get an error as soon as I open the app and then it immediately crashes. Do better, devs.

It’s very frustrating when I am only allowed a certain number of logins and time, and when I login your app doesn’t even work. The past few days when I login the screen appears frozen so I don’t even get to see my child and then it counts that time as a view. Please fix this bug!!

Keeps lagging recently and then the app crashes. It uses up my view count (hindering me from actually utilizing it) which is limited.

This app crashes all the time. And when you only have 5 viewings a day, losing a viewing to a crash is obnoxious.
I'll be staring at a frozen screen for the majority of the 5 minute viewing. And then it crashes. I go back, and that was a view.
If it's not frozen, I'll rewatch the same minute on repeat a few times, then it jumps to a later time. Using the majority of my 5 minute viewing.
I have to force restart the app anytime I use the app again, cause it won't use my Face ID for my password unless I completely restart the app.
Just recently I was watching my child playing on the floor. App crashes. I immediately restart, and enter the app again, and he is asleep in his crib. Making me question if this is even a live feed. Cause the time jump made no sense.
Studio needs to hire more server engineers or something. App def doesn't work as intended.

Need fix it!
Please fix the problem! Always lagging and need forced out and reopen the app. Now can’t log in at all
Okay app
I’ve been using this app for a week now and today is the first day I haven’t been able to access my child’s classroom. I continue to get an error message and the app just closes. I’ve reboot my phone several times with no avail. It’s truly aggravating to not be able to see my child.
Glitchy App, Terrible Website
I’m unsure as to why the daycare switched to this app. It must be cheaper than Watch Me Grow. The app intermittently allows me to login. The website never allows me to login.
