Commission payout is very delay by 5 months above no response from customer support

No option to download the issued policy in i phone. Partner can only view the policy on the pb partner app. Please update the app.

I’m working as a agent with PBP since 3 years.
Everything was fine at first.. But nowadays challenging with online portal multiple times i got the errors while pay the premium I lost many cases due to errors nobody take it seriously and nobody try to resolve the issues.
