It help me get the setup I have now bc it told me what was compatible with each other

Great but 1 problem

I love the app it would be a 5 but I have 1 problem every part can only be from Amazon and there is little used parts and the small other problems is the ai part picker sometimes only adds some parts not them all but other then those 2 love the app

Awesome app

Awesome app love it the it gives me combustible cases with the parts I picked because I don’t fully now everything about pcs so this really helps.

Thanks for the feedback! You're absolutely right that tax calculation would be helpful. Unfortunately, sales tax varies by thousands of different jurisdictions across the US and requires knowing the exact shipping address to be accurate, even Amazon only shows tax at checkout, but we appreciate the suggestion!

Wrong Case

Used Pc builder to build my first pc said the case and motherboard was compatible. Was using YouTube to build it and found out the case and motherboard was in fact not compatible with each other thanks for the extra $100’s I had to spend for a whole new case that I found was actually compatible

Sorry to hear about the compatibility issue! That's definitely not the experience we want users to have. Could you let us know which specific case and motherboard you were trying to use? Also, you should be able to return the incompatible case.

IS THE POWER CONSUMPTION ACCURATE but I rate five stars really easy to use

Thank you for your review! The power consumption is estimated based on the TDP of each part, so it gives a good approximation, but actual usage may vary. Glad you find the app easy to use!

Problems

I really like the app it’s really useful for planning out builds but all my builds disappeared please fix the bug and I can’t save my builds

It's unstable

I lose my bulds ween I update the app and I did a back up and I tried restorating it and It didn't work

Sorry to hear about this issue! Your builds should not be lost after an update. Were you previously switching to a different pricing region? Builds are linked to the pricing region they were created in, so if you made a build in USD, it won’t be visible if you switch to AUD.
