Major Glitches
This app for some reason has so many glitches. You’ll be in the middle of placing an order and it will boot you out. Sometimes you have to sign in three or four times.
Terrible app - months in and still doesn’t work
At least it’s consistent in its failure. Can never find a prescription and eventually fails with a note to “show id to your pharmacist” who only shakes her head and says she can’t help. Stick with Rexall.
Fix the app
In my last two ratings, I said that the challenges are not working. They’re giving me an error and you replied with do something else that we offer in the app when the challenges are the only thing that get us points so fix the challenges and now I can’t even connect to the Health app So you need to fix that too.

PC health
The system works very well except when a software update is done it throws the whole system out for about a day, which throws me off because I wasn’t expecting the update and the ensuing disruption.
Useless app
I loved this app purely for learning something’s and the earning of pc points. Removing that made me

You responded wrong
What is wrong with you? In my last rating i asked if you were gonna fix the errors in the challenges because all of them are showing errors, and you responded with telling me to look at the other parts of the app when your comment had nothing to do with my rating and I’m only interested in the challenges so you don’t need to be mentioning to me the other things ,just fix the challenges which still haven’t been fixed and I’ve been waiting since the sixth, there’s no way I’m the only one with the problem in the app is pointless if we can’t do anything with the other parts of the app, so why look at them?

Signin is not automatically done when open the app
I remember previous sign in is automatically done when open the app. Now it’s gone and is very inconvenient that I had to remember to sign in my account otherwise when I try to book any appointment I need to fill in all of my detail with no pre-populated information.
Not intuitive poor login
Hard to sign in to. Can’t change refill amounts. Need more info on status of drugs

Are you gonna fix the errors or not? It just updated and you didn’t fix anything, I’m getting errors telling me to try again every single time I do a challenge, I’ve updated the app about three times and then just did it a fourth time second ago and then tried to do a challenge and once again it’s saying that there’s errors and to try again, don’t say that there’s an update until you actually fix it

Prescription Transfer
Hoping the update fixes the problem. A lot of info needed to fill in the blanks then not to have the app work with no error messages. When transferring prescriptions, the app wouldn’t accept the email I’m registered with! The information such as address doesn’t appear for automatic entry. Fine type it all in. After entering info for transfer to and from pharmacies it freezes up and doesn’t respond. Did it all 3x. Called in and told to go to the pharmacy direct. Fine, tried it a fourth time after writing this but fix the app please. Tried it a 4th time after writing this still says my email is invalid!! App update didn’t fix it.

No saved sign in
I have to sign in again every day. Likely the reason I’m going to stop using the app. Just too inconvenient.
Simply doesn’t work
The frustration of trying to make this app connect along with the futility of their support to make it work is beyond worthwhile. Rexall’s BeWell works. Try that.
Bugs!
There are so many bugs in either the app or the system in general.
Epic fail
Removing the ability to earn PC points made me uninstall the app as you guys obviously don’t want to bring it back. This is a sure way to loose customers, great job Loblaws!
User-Friendly Prescription Renewal Application
The ability to renew online with a user-friendly application is long awaited and appreciated.

New update turned off autofill
I’m running low on my prescription because the auto-refill was disabled. I don’t like the new version yet, seems more complicated than the old one.
Useless
So have a prescription on one of my medications that expired. Not sure how or why that happened.
My other one says suppose to be refilled today, but I still had to ask for a refill.
