An excellent VPN - after it’s set up!
PC Matic VPN for iOS is an excellent VPN after it’s set up! Setting it up is a little bit tricky at some points, and if there are disconnection cops which happened in frequent, but they do happen sometimes it struggles to reconnect and when it does struggle, sometimes you have to delete the whole app and then reinstall it and then repeat the set of process to get it working again. So there are some things about set up and restarting it does require a little doing sometimes less than 50% of average usage, but once everything gets set up and things are consistent it’s arguably a five star app.

Terrible
PCmatic puts no effort into the VPN. This product is probably one of the worst VPNs I’ve ever used. It doesn’t stay connected to sources in the United States. It always goes to Toronto Canada for some stupid reason. This is complete trash.

Slows computer down, stops working and their support is terrible. The worst. It stopped working and they don’t have a clue how to fix it. They shift you from person to person and ask for the same information over and over. I can’t believe their claims that the government uses it. If so, we’re screwed. Stay away from them.

VPN Works Fine and Fast, except…
There are two annoying bug that, one for sure, if the app displays an IPv6 address, the VPN will not work. For it to work, it must display an IPv4 address. The other thing is that the apps also need a switch to reset protection if the network changes, as this can cause loss of internet if it does. The PC Matic team should address this immediately, as this bug will scare away a lot of users if they don't know how to handle it. I would've given it five stars if it was flawless, but I had to take away a star because of these two bugs.

I’ve used another vpn and I didn’t notice a difference in speed. But with PC Matic’s VPN, I can’t even get to a site. If I turn it off, I can. But then why have it.

Zero customer service. Automatic phone line to reverse the charge when there’s no help, , no live person to talk to. No help at all.
