GCS score of 16, really?
Decent questions, but it’s hard to trust PCCN test bank when you’re told your patient has a GCS score of 16. For those in health care know your max GCS is 15.
Questions repeat
Questions are tough but they are repeated and no option or way to avoid this. I take my exam in a couple weeks. Nice that it has a day counter of when your exam date is.

Don’t buy this app, use the free version only
I've used the free version of this app and absolutely loved it. However, when I purchased the PCCN Classic, my app never updated despite having made the payment and receiving a receipt from Apple confirming my payment. I have requested an refund, but was denied- and I have no idea why, so I lost money. So if you use this app, only use the free version- DO NOT PAY FOR IT.
Update: I appreciate the customer service rep who encouraged me to push further for my refund. However, through multiple messages with Alex from PocketPrep informed me that “We don’t control payments through various marketplace apps so we’re unable to provide refunds for any reason”. I used the standard AppleApp store and have never encountered an issue. I have just been officially notified that Pocket Prep is keeping the money I paid for a product they never delivered.

Too many repeated questions
I did pass the PCCN this last Monday. I bought this app with the option with 500 questions. There were TOO many repeated questions. And honestly, it was quite frustrating. And no option to filter out the questions you already went over. I feel like the questions do not really mimic the PCCN test questions. There were also a lot of questions/topics I got on this app that were NOT on the PCCN. If you purchased the review course on AACN, it specially mentioned that brain injuries were not on the PCCN. And this app did. So I felt like it was a waste of time studying topics that were not going to be on the test. Honestly, I could have studied without this app.

I wish there were more than 500 questions. I hope the difficulty and style of questions mimics the actual exam.

So many repeat questions
Normally I would not take the time to review an app, however I was extremely disappointed with how many repeat questions I was getting. I bought the bank with 250 questions and I would say there were roughly 75 questions that would repeat themselves over and over. The quality of questions are fine, but a waste of money because of how little material is actually covered. Not worth the money.

It’s a good app
I am currently still doing the questions. I noticed that there are some critical care questions about vents and others. Unsure if these questions will be asked on the PCCN. It contains more content than what I have studied in the AACN PCCN review course. However most of the material is beneficial.

I used this app (along with a PCCN review book) to study and I am pleased to say I passed my PCCN exam today! Content was definitely relevant to questions on the exam. I would definitely recommend this app!!!!

I like how I had a reminder on how many days before my exam. Praise God and all his blessings I passed. I also used another PCCN review book to prepare. The exam was hard and my suggestion is to have more ekg, medication, professional ethics and acid base questions please.
Finally, I could reset my progress!
It took quite sometime but they finally did it! I can now reset my progress and plan my exam more! Very informative questions and rationale, this is the Ultimate app for PCCN review, no doubt!

Passed my pccn first try. The app was wonderful!!! Because all the questions did come from the aacn Pccn book, this was the perfect tool to study with. I redid all the questions multiple times and the rationales really did help me study. Just wish there were more questions to practice with about 12 lead ekgs.. other than that... thank u pocket prep!!!

Not worth it
The questions are not like the questions in the PCCN exam. The ap is buggy— it keeps giving me an inaccurate score. Plus only 450 questions is pretty low. Don’t buy this.

PASSED MY PCCN!
This app has helped me tremendously to pass the exam! I crammed all the questions within a week from my exam and watched some you tube videos along with this app! Bought the full version and it was all well worth it! There are over 400 questions and they prepared me well. The actual exam was much easier than the questions which is a good thing!

Very helpful
I bought 2 months prior to my exam date. Used it a few days each week, up until the last week before the exam, where I used it every single day, doing 100 questions at a time. It's helpful for learning content as well as test taking strategies. I passed the PCCN exam with 78 correct (68 correct required to pass).

Very useful and helpful so far and haven't even upgraded to the full version yet. I definitely will be as I want access to the full bank of questions. The rationales even provide a reference which is excellent, and all the ones I've seen so far have been from the aacn's own pccn book = even better. I don't usually write reviews but after trying a $4.99 competitor I'm happy to say this app is well worth your time. The other app had poorly written questions, no references, and the rationales didn't make sense. Nice job on the interface too, very sleek and easy to use.

Awesome app, definitely worth purchasing the full version. I passed PCCN on the first try! I did think the actual test questions were slightly more difficult than the app but the app questions certainly prepare you!
Helped me pass 1st time
I was really suspicious about this app at first. The style of the questions aren't the same as the PCCN but the information is great plus it's always available since it's an app. After using this and one other study tool, I was able to pass on my first try.

The practice questions and the question of the day really helped me pass the exam! The ability to answer a few questions or a ton of questions is great depending on how much time you have. I would do a quick 25 questions on my lunch break. They are much harder and much more specific than what I saw in the actual exam. Great way to get you ready! Happy to have passed on the first try!

I used this app to quiz myself. I think the questions are a bit more challenging than what I had on the test, which is good. The questions were an excellent review of subject matter as well as test taking skill.
