Couldn’t get the barcode on the label to scan how to manually type in the code and then your app told me my $130 coin was worth $29

Great info Poor bar code scanning
The info the app gives is great. Extremely useful. But the barcode scanner is not great. There’s no way to focus it on iPhone and it just does scan unless use click scan without barcode then it’s hit or miss on whether the right coin is displayed. If they could just fix the scanner to work on new iPhones it would be a perfect app

The yellow text against the white background is EXTREMELY difficult to read.

Database Down
This app is normally very good, but I have tried using the app today 11/1/2025 and the app says my slabbed coin has an invalid coin, when the site said it was valid last week. I then go to the website and try to get validation there. It says the database is down for maintenance. It has been down for at least 9 hours. The app should indicate when the database is down, and PCGS should minimize downtime.

Camera barcode scanning doesn’t work
The app hasn’t been updated in 3yrs. The scanner doesnt use the macro camera do it can’t scan the barcode on the coins

The scanner used to work on this app, but since I downloaded it again to my new iPhone, it seldom scans the bar code.

Solid app barcode scanner needs improvement
The app is solid. The only problem is the barcode scanner. It can bring up the wrong coin or you may have to scan multiple times.
