Ever since the new company took over the app doesn’t work anymore. Now you have to pay a monthly fee to enter any contest which is ridiculous. Extremely disappointed and will never use the app again
Too many issues!!
I absolutely loved playing the games on the PCH app! As time went on however, it started having many issues with the server or system! It kept shutting down continuously & that’s annoying. So I don’t think I won’t to download it again. You guys have fun ok!!
App Doesn‘t Work
The app has been ”down for maintenance“ for months. Plus you can‘t enter the giveaways online anymore unless you sign up for a paid monthly subscription or you buy something.

It was ok. Constant ads though. Now it always says down for maintenance. Even if you delete the app and try reinstalling it weeks later it says down for maintenance. Are they bankrupt???

I’ve been at the black diamond level for years and now PCH has sold out to a scam artist known for his casino apps.

Down for maintenance
It’s been down for months. Cant even log in. No update on when it might open. No update on if we will still have our points once reopened. No update on the contest they never finished and never selected a winner to before it closed down. Just no communication at all.
Dead app
This app needs to be removed from the App Store. It is no longer functioning.
I’m not paying…
I’ve been playing PCH before it went online, when I was in high school since 1971. I’ve been playing PCH, bought a few of their products, but they were so cheap from China. The products were broken before I received them. So I stopped buying, but I continue to play the PCH games, even though it was boring playing the same game over, over, and over again.
I had VIP elite status that I’m sure I’ve lost. I re-downloaded the app recently and it still does not work and they want you to pay in order for it to work. No thank you.
I believe that this is a scam like all the other ones that are from China, England and South Africa, Nigeria. You can play, but you will never win! I played for 55 years and I only won once $100 about a year ago. I was in shock…. I received a check from PCH. But I’m coming to the realization that the PCH that I knew is GONE.
Well, it was fun while it lasted for over six decades, but the new money, wants more money and they will not share. So if you play and pay to play, you will not win. To Bad, So Sad 😎🏝️

Update
Ok guys. Just an update. The company that bought out PCH is ARB Interactive. The CEO is Patrick Fechtmeyer. They are headquartered in Miami FL and are all about online gaming. But for money. They will be merging PCH with their big money maker Modo Casino. They do supposedly give 30% of revenues to charity. Not sure what that will satisfy but my original post still stands.

Since PCH decided to turn to pay-to-play, I have deleted their app. Not that the app was good anyway. All it did was make you play stupid games over and over to get tokens for entries for prizes you had little chance of ever winning.

I think it’s time we face the music on this one. I’m a proud Black Diamond player for PCH, and it took me years to reach that top level. The new company that bought them is a scam operation. I was specifically told by email that the game was undergoing maintenance and would be running by the first week of May, and now no one is responding to me. All their apps are closed down for “maintenance” for over a month. It’s over, my friends, it’s time to let them go.

App is not working
I’ve tried logging in and it keeps saying the app is down for maintenance. It’s been doing this this for more than a month. What is going on?
Truth about new PCH
So I was reading that PCH has no intention of staying around long term. They are now having you pay to get entries. Now to be transparent, they do allow you to do mail in entries and they’re very strict on the entries, how you enter, the envelopes you use, the addresses the way they have to be. They have no intention of paying the big dollars like $1,000,000 because right in the official rules, it gives them the right to end the games as they see fit. So the reason they’re collecting money is they’re hoping to pay off some of the debt from the previous company that PCH was owned by. Since they won’t be able to sustain the losses, long-term, the article said that they were planning to let the number of people playing die down, and then they are going to close permanently, probably in the next two years.
