Does Not Work

What a joke. Our law firm has never been able to use the app despite months of troubleshooting with their IT folks. Highly disappointed. They shouldn’t even have it given it doesn’t work

PC law v CosmoLex

I tried PC law during the pandemic when I wanted to start my own practice. I was with Clio and extremely happy. I made the mistake of signing up with Pc law in 2020 because my bookkeeper loved it and had some connection with there team or something. I could not install the .net framework and I could install the damn software. I asked for help from PC law and I was quoted a ridiculous amount for tech support. By the time my firm was set up I had paid 3 monthly instalments for a software that was designed by 90 year olds in the 1980s. PC law charged me for one whole year! Please do not fall for the fancy marketing, save your money and time if you are a young lawyer starting a new practice. I hope this software fades away in history like all softwares from the 1990’s should have. Conclusion: look into Clio or CosmoLex before being victimized.

Bad application

Worked for two weeks after spending hours on the phone just to install the software on the server. Can’t get to work again even with their technical support.

App for Desktop

An app for desktops would be more efficient - which is what I use for client meetings.

Writing out detailed descriptions on a cell phone is a pain - and it’s a waste of time if I have to keep correcting what has been submitted on my office computer. I might as well email myself the description and wait til I’m at the office to enter it. At least this way it’s just a quick copy and paste.

This app is best suited to record time only - not entering detailed descriptions. And I don’t have a need to purchase an IPAD plus extra gadgets to use this app.

Please consider creating this app for laptops.

Thank you.

Does Not Work

This simply does not work. Our professional PC Law administrator can’t even get it to work. Completely useless.

This is a joke

I thought PCLAW mobility was bad... this is horrible, constantly crashes —I have yet to enter successfully a single time entry.
