Municipal Corporation, Garden Department has taken initiative to Design and Develop the web and mobile based application for the monitoring of Garden Contractors work on daily basis. The Mobile APP will be used for the assigning the daily works to the contractor and collection of KPI wise daily work data at Contractor level with real location photos with latitude and longitude and web application will be used for the generating Dashboard reports at Commissioner, DMC & Contractor level. UPLOADING THE MASTER DATA WITH GEO – TAG PROVISION ON GOOGLEMAP GARDEN MASTER UPLOAD THE WORK ASSIGNED BY THE OFFICIALS HORTICULTURE WORKS CIVIL WORKS ELECTRICAL Works Sport works Security works UPLOAD THE WORK DONE BY THE CONTRACTOR WITH REAL LOCATION PHOTOS HORTICULTURE WORKS CIVIL WORKS Electricals Works Sport works Security Works DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT DASH BOARD WITH WORK DEFAULTERS & REQUIRED PENALTY AND WORK SUBMISSION REPORTS HORTICULTURE WORKS CIVIL WORKS System Features: • Web and Mobile based application with centralized database. . • Officials will assign daily basis maintenance works to the contractor through mobile app with Geo-tagged photo (Before work). • The Contractor / agency will address the assigned work and upload the work completed photo through mobile app with auto Geo-tagged location. • Application will find out the defaulter work list and execute and calculate the required penalty as per awarded tender to the contractor. • Officials will monitor the number of assigned, completed, pending and defaulter works. • Monitoring of Monthly basis contractor works Progress become easy. • Work duplicity is avoided. • Tracking of real work location (proposed & completed) through Google Map is become possible. • Agency can monitor their daily basis work done by their supervisor.
