When an external account is setup for transferring to and from, PCM cancels the external account of not used every 30 days, while other banks do not do this.
Once the account is cancelled, the entire rekindling of the accounts has to be re done.
This is not a good thing!

Worst banking app
I have been with PCM for years and their app is down 90% of the time. I have had multiple late payments because there’s always “maintenance” or an “error” of why I cannot access my banking information.

Lousy app
You can’t see balance after each withdrawal or deposit. It’s harder for me to bounce between my calculator and screen for app. It’s lousy. I want my online banking back!!!!!
Good but crashes
A lot of times when I go to go onto the app it says it’s unable to log into my account and to call my bank for assistance. Like okay, but why is this happening so often?? Getting annoying...

“Unavailable” balance issue
It’s a great app when it’s working properly. I’ve noticed that far too often it will tell me my balance for any given account is “unavailable” and will not allow me to transfer money between my accounts. This will remain for hours and seems to do absolutely nothing other than cause unnecessary issue for myself. There is also no one to call when this happens because they close at about 5pm and have no overnight customer service help line.
