So disappointed
It works well enough for the basic features, but when they’ve tried to expand the functionality, it hasn’t worked well for over a year and they seem to be unable to fix it
No longer opening
White screen only when opening app

Nothing but problems. I have been working with my agencies IT department trying to fix this. Spent hours uninstalling and reinstalling the app and changing my password and following activation instructions only to be told my username/password is invalid. It also keeps saying that there are database issues. Won’t let me log in. Extremely frustrating

Can’t update candidates
Please update give us the option of updating our candidate feedback from the app. The majority of what I do in PCR is update notes……
