PCS Voucher Assistant

PCS Voucher Assistant helps military members prepare PCS travel voucher information, organize supporting documents, and generate a completed voucher package directly on their device. The app is designed around a local-first workflow. Voucher information, travel legs, expenses, supporting documents, and generated PDFs remain stored locally on the device unless the user chooses to share or export a completed package. Features include: • Prepare DD Form 1351-2 travel voucher information • Add PCS travel legs and itinerary information • Record reimbursable travel expenses • Take photos of receipts and supporting documents • Select existing photos or PDF documents • Organize PCS orders, amendments, receipts, and other supporting documents • Generate a combined local PDF voucher package • Share the completed package using the device’s standard sharing options PRIVACY BY DESIGN PCS Voucher Assistant does not collect, generate, infer, calculate, store, or populate Social Security Numbers or DoD ID numbers.
