PDC Apps is the operations app for Platinum Data Centers. It puts the facility in your pocket: power, cooling, network, alarms, maintenance, and business performance, all from the same live data our operations team runs on. FACILITY AT A GLANCE • Capacity used against usable plant, with live load and headroom • UPS fleet health — load, battery charge, runtime, and per-phase output • Environment sensors in °F across racks, cages, CRAC units, and mechanical rooms, with 24-hour trends you can toggle sensor by sensor • Network gear, uplink throughput, and cross-connect registry ALARMS THAT FIND YOU • Built-in building alarm points — CRAC units, fire panel, water detection, UPS units, and generator — shown green when normal and red the moment one trips • Custom alarms you define: pick sensors from a list, set a threshold, choose warning or critical • Anything in alarm rises to the top of the home screen and flags the navigation MAINTENANCE THAT HOLDS UP • Scheduled maintenance with due and overdue tracking • Full method-of-procedure checklists with recorded readings • Completions signed by the logged-in user, with genuine two-person sign-off where a second person must co-sign from their own account BUSINESS VISIBILITY • Profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, with period comparison • 13-week cash forecast and the full-year projection • Customer roster with services and open tickets • Share any statement as a branded PDF PDC ASSISTANT Ask a question in plain language — "what's the hottest rack right now?", "when was the generator last run?" — and get an answer from live facility data and our internal documentation. It honors the same permissions as the rest of the app. BUILT FOR THE TEAM Individual accounts with per-area access controlled by an administrator, and Face ID unlock so you never type a password twice on your own iPhone. PDC Apps requires an account issued by a Platinum Data Centers administrator.
