Nothing works
Never had an account. Just created. And it says “unknown error” when I try to log in. Customer service says that I must have used it in the past with different user name which I did not!
Horrific App
Can’t believe PDC think this app is in any way useable. Throws out the account creation every time with unknown error. Horrific customer experience with no available support.
If you can’t “create” account
Annoying app, doesn’t seem to work correctly and gives wrong errors! I could not “create” an account and it kept telling me my account was unknown and I needed to create one! Which was what I was trying to do! I then tried the signing in option and used forgot password. Got a reset email and then got signed in. I had never created an account! If you can’t create an account then try this. Also it took a while before all the tickets showed up, made me panic for a bit! Last resort you can still download paper copies from the PDC ticketing website. Sign in to account you used to buy tickets and option should be in your orders section.

Hit and miss!
This app is substandard, PDC wants to use this for digital tickets and half the people can’t even create an account the world championship Darts starts today and I feel sorry for anyone who can’t register. Luckily I have a week to get my party all created, I’ve managed 2 out of 7 so far. This needs an urgent fix or a website people can visit to create their accounts. I’m disappointed

Not working
The app is not working, it will not let me create an account, it keeps saying there is not an account .. but that's the whole point, I'm trying to create one!! How do I now get my tickets??
