Not working at all on iPhone

I have had this app on my iPhone for about 18 months and it’s been fine until today. It won’t open. I thought maybe it was my phone but it’s not. All my other apps work perfectly and this app works fine on android - it just won’t load on iPhone. Not happy

Very disappointed

Paid for the app expecting to be able to watch most of the games live - soon found out even games played in the UK are sometimes unavailable. Tried contacting several times, various options - NO response whatsoever. No customer service, bit of a rip off. Big shame.
