I canceled before the date of renewal got and I got charged twice for two weeks $9.99 and now I can’t use any of my apps because I owe you guys money. Well I don’t owe you any money because I never use your product.

What about that free trial?

I wanted to give this a try to see if it would do what I needed. Since it offered a 3 day free trial I decided to give it a try. But 2 minutes after I agreed to the free trial I was charged the 9.99 weekly fee.
