My daughter signed up for this somehow (not through Apple) and now we can’t cancel it! We have emailed every email we can find and get no response and they continue to bill my card $6.99 every month! My only choice now is to cancel my card!! Do not download this app!!!

You’re supposed to have 3 free videos a week but you can’t put in text or upload pdf without choosing a paid subscription first.

Cannot cancel subscription
They don't allow you to cancel subscriptions, I am very upset.
Busted
The title screen for the app is a log in screen which you cannot bypass and even after try to sign up/log in it would not work and I remained stuck on the screen even after deleting and reinstalling. Don’t even bother downloading the app as it will just waste your time as it did mine.
